Located in the heart of Hays, KS, our newly renovated center features a full interdisciplinary medical team, a top-tier therapy gym, and leading-edge equipment designed to support recovery and overall well-being.

Adjacent to the center is our Assisted Living Facility, housing 39 apartments with a licensed capacity of up to 50 residents. Across all departments, we are proud to employ approximately 225 team members, including seasoned professionals with 30+ years experience.
